The QGF series fully automatic barrel production line is specifically designed for the production of 5-gallon barrels of drinking water. Models available (barrel/hour): 100, 200, 300, 450, 600, 900, 1200J 2000. This series of barrel production lines consists of three parts: bottle washing, filling, and sealing. The bottle washing machine uses multiple sprays of washing solution and disinfectant solution to achieve the purpose of washing and disinfection, and the disinfectant solution can be recycled. The sealing machine is capable of automatic sealing, and the bottle cap is equipped with a shower device during the transportation process to ensure that the bottle cap is sterile and clean. This series of production lines are capable of automatic washing, disinfection, filling, capping, counting, and output. It is a new type of drinking water bucket equipment that integrates machinery, electricity, and gas, with complete functions, innovative design, and high degree of automation.
