Scope of application
Suitable for automatic shrink packaging of various bottled products such as cans, glass bottles, beer, mineral water, etc. without or with a bottom tray. The conveyor belt can be designed as a roller or mesh according to customer requirements. Large shrink wrap can also shrink completely in a short period of time and is suitable for PE or PVC shrink film.
Technical characteristics
This machine has fully automatic packaging processes such as automatic conveying, bottle feeding, sealing and cutting, and shrinkage. For large, collective counting boxes (boxes), cans and other packaging materials with bottom supports, PE or PVC shrink film is applied and then shrink packaged. We can also design linear or 90 degree angular propulsion methods according to customer production line requirements. The complete set of equipment is imported with advanced foreign technology and manufactured according to European process standards. The electrical and pneumatic components are made from well-known foreign brands such as OMRON. SICK, NORGREN, MITSUBISHI, etc. After packaging, the products have a clean and compact appearance, ensuring the quality and storage of the items, and meeting the needs of long-distance transportation.
